2. Our Service & AI Integration

SignUpZy provides AI-assisted event and signup organization tools. By using our service, you understand and agree to the following:

• AI Generation: When you provide a prompt to generate an event, this data is sent to third-party AI providers to create your signups.
• Data Sovereignty: Once your event is generated, any subsequent modifications, signups, or edits are stored securely in our database and are not sent back to AI providers.
• Accuracy: AI-generated content may contains errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all event details before publishing.

3. Accounts & Authentication

Access to SignUpZy is managed via magic links sent to your email address.

• You must provide a valid email to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email inbox.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Data Privacy

Your privacy is paramount. We collect only what is necessary to run the service (primarily your email and event details).

• No Selling: We will never sell your data to third parties.
• Data Usage: We use your data exclusively to provide the service, send magic links, notify you of signups, send event reminders, and deliver any other communications necessary for the operation of the service.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes or to upload, post, or distribute any content that:

• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise indecent.
• Promotes hate speech, violence, discrimination, or harassment against any individual or group.
• Is defamatory, abusive, threatening, or violates the privacy of others.
• Distributes spam, malware, or any harmful code.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts or remove any content that violates these guidelines at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
